Ensure utilization of the vessels in Trans Pacific Service (Asia to US), with target to achieve 100% utilization under dynamic market situations and operational changes
Plan and make ad-hoc decisions to maximize utilization and minimize operational/commerical disruption and costs
Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g. Marketing teams, Vessel Operation teams) to maximize yield (CM) while keeping the vessels full
Manage overall planning of cargo portfolio (contract segment, customer, etc) in collaboration with Marketing/Sales teams
Oversee forecast projections for future vessels and driving required actions based on the forecast
6) Manage and provide governance of space controllers in overseas teams in Hong Kong/Shanghai/Japan/Dubai as extended arms of GHQ
