This position is responsible for structuring and securing research collaboration obligations and deliverables through contractual agreements to ensure compliance with institutional policies, grant and contractual terms and conditions and any government regulations and protect SIT’s interest. This role involves drafting and negotiating various research-related contracts to secure win‑win deals with efficient operational processes, systems and guidelines to ensure timely execution of research collaboration and licensing agreements.
