The Role
This position will be responsible to provide technical support, solutioning, industry knowledge for tasks assigned in the technical services section within Group Property Management (GPM). Position will also be required to provide support to the portfolio Property Management teams to review technical issues, defects, replacement and conversion works across Mapletree Group's asset portfolio and ensure compliance to building safety requirements and standards. Reporting to the VP, Technical Services, candidate must possess excellent technical skills in one or more M&E areas as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills. Candidate will be required to work independently to achieve Group Property Management (GPM) goals and as part of the larger GPM team in fulfilling its role as a corporate unit in charge of Property Management as a whole.
