• Drive sourcing through job portals, referrals, direct search, and talent mapping.
• Build talent pipelines and close specialized roles across Technology, Risk, Credit, Analytics, and Data Science.

Hiring Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to define hiring requirements and recruitment strategies.
