Black Pearl is partnering with a leading engineering firm to recruit a dynamic Sustainability Strategy Lead to drive their ESG agenda and champion long‑term environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the corporate sustainability strategy including decarbonization, climate adaptation, circular economy and more
- Lead the full sustainability reporting cycle (data collection, materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement, assurance) in line with GRI, CDP, SASB and UN SDG frameworks
- Manage and improve ESG ratings, certifications and disclosures (MSCI ESG, Sustainalytics, EcoVadis, etc.)
- Oversee multi‑year cross‑functional initiatives (renewable energy integration, energy & water efficiency, sustainable procurement, waste reduction, employee engagement)
- Leverage digital ESG tracking and analytics tools to drive performance improvements
