Pivoting to a solution mindset from the current product plus aftermarket service-dominated model . Discovering and proactively meeting the emerging needs of end-market OEM customer verticals rather than those just of Applied's direct customers, semiconductor manufacturers . Exploring direct partnership/alliance opportunities with leading OEM end-customers .
