Lead the design and execution of strategy enablement approaches that align leaders and teams to OCIO and enterprise prioritiesDevelop and deliver integrated communications and engagement strategies that translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling narrativesLead and execute leadership operating rhythms (e.g., town halls, leadership forums, offsites, reporting cycles) to drive alignment and visibilityPartner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Strategy, Global Communications) to enable execution of strategic initiatives and transformation programsPlan and coordinate internal and external leadership engagements, ensuring message alignment and consistency across audiencesLead OCIO employee engagement priorities and represent the function across ScotiaTech forums, partnering with peers to drive alignment and shared outcomes
