Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Donor Engagement team to create and launch new General Giving programs for the Group, including cluster-wide staff giving and grateful patient programs.
Develop fundraising principles and policies to ensure effective collection, distribution, and management of raised funds.
Implement systems and processes for accurate record keeping and reporting of fundraising activities.
Lead a small team of fundraising professionals who support a comprehensive fundraising program, including major giving, corporate partnerships, general giving, and events.
Build capacity through on-the-job training and mentoring of fundraising colleagues at both HQ and charity funds.
