Overview

The HR Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing HR operational processes while supporting HR technology implementations and contributing to rewards and compensation programs. The role ensures efficient HR service delivery, compliance with company policies, and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and employee experience. The position also works closely with HR leadership to implement HR technology solutions, support compensation and benefits administration, and drive operational excellence across the HR function.
