West Monroe is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager to join our growing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) practice in London, UK, with a focus on the high-tech and software industries. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team helping private equity and corporate clients navigate complex transactions in one of the fastest-growing markets.
In this role, you will lead engagements across the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, integration, carve-outs, and value creation initiatives. You will work with cutting‑edge software, SaaS, TMT (telecommunications, media, and technology), and tech‑enabled services businesses, helping clients unlock growth opportunities, optimize operations, and deliver strategic outcomes.
You will also play a key role in growing the London office, contributing to business development, practice leadership, and team building.
