Senior Manager/Manager – Internal Communications The role is within the Organisation Excellence team to maintain a strong, cohesive, and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute internal communications strategies that keep employees informed and engaged with GovTech’s strategies and goals.
- Support organisation development and change management with coherent communications plans and consistent messaging across platforms and audiences.
- Create communications assets, including speeches, talking points, emailers, intranet content, and videos to support events, campaigns, presentations, and other initiatives.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, including senior management, to align internal communications with the organisation’s goals and values.
