The Services Division administers Government services and schemes that enable and encourage family formation. The Leave Unit administers the Government‑Paid Leave Schemes (GPLS), which support parents in having and raising children. The Leave Unit oversees the end‑to‑end delivery of GPLS, including reimbursement processing for employers and self‑employed persons, while ensuring consistent and accurate implementation.
