  • Provide strategic and people leadership for the HRIT systems team supporting all HR business functions.
  • Own the HR technology roadmap, aligning Oracle HCM capabilities with business strategy and future needs.
  • Partner with HR functional leaders, HRIS, IT teams, and vendors to deliver enterprise‑wide initiatives.

  • Lead monthly meetings with process owners to ensure proper delivery and prioritization of projects.

  • Lead integration efforts between Oracle HCM Cloud and other enterprise systems.
  • Guide project prioritization, delivery, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for HR technology issues, risks, and decisions.
