Position Overview

The Trade Compliance Senior Manager will leverage experience and expertise to provide guidance in the application of customs and related international regulations for H.B. Fuller. The role collaborates with supply chain, logistics, procurement, customer service, regulatory, finance/tax and business operations, and works closely with the legal group. It will manage a comprehensive export/import control infrastructure and optimize trade compliance technology.

Primary Duties

• Supervise a global trade team and provide risk mitigation and operational solutions.
• Identify, develop and deploy new import/export processes across regions.
• Maintain awareness of laws, regulations and industry changes and provide timely analysis.
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and support international transactions with regulatory guidance.
