Senior Manager, Global Accounting and Reporting Compliance

This permanent position is located in Tampere, Finland.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high‑quality, compliant, and efficient IFRS and statutory financial reporting across UPM businesses and functions, driving consistency in application and interpretation.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise with a hands‑on approach to accounting and assurance teams on complex accounting treatments considering IFRS, local GAAP and management reporting requirements.
• Work with stakeholders on IFRS and local GAAP topics and provide guidance to ensure appropriate and consistent accounting outcomes.
• Lead and coordinate collaboration with global stakeholders, including local finance teams and external service providers, to drive alignment and ensure efficient execution of reporting processes.
