The Senior Manager, Fulfillment Automation & Optimization is responsible for developing and executing strategic vision for ecommerce operation to drive process and capacity improvement, growth and scalability via automation, structural and systemic enhancements. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for the execution of the company’s capital and supply chain strategy for conveyable operation through the design, implementation, and maintenance of best-in-class solutions to enable world class quality and delivery to our customers. The successful candidate will collaborate with peer leadership groups within the organization as part of a cohesive strategy supporting the overall company goals.
