**Job Description**

The Senior Manager of Employee Housing and Community Services is responsible for the oversight, strategic planning, and day-to-day management of Aramark's employee housing and community life services within Yosemite National Park. This role ensures a safe, well-maintained, and supportive living environment for Aramark employees through the administration of housing operations, risk management, security, and robust recreation and wellness programming. The position manages a large, multidisciplinary team and plays a key leadership role in fostering a positive and engaged employee community in one of the most unique and remote work environments in the country.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate or salary range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. ?
