Senior Manager, E-commerce Platforms – At Samsung Electronics Canada, we are looking for a leader to oversee the Samsung.com digital merchandising team. The role manages Canadian content in English and French across B2C, Business sites, EPP/SMB and ShopApp, handling new product launches and seasonal campaigns. The incumbent will act as liaison between HQ teams and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, Service, and the E‑Commerce team. Additional responsibilities include enabling Direct‑to‑Consumer purchase functionality, managing pricing, promotions, product availability, and facilitating the omnichannel experience between Samsung.com and offline Samsung Experience Stores. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and cross‑functional collaboration to drive the success of Samsung’s e‑commerce platforms in Canada, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
