The Sr. Manager will own and evolve Customer Journey analysis on eCommerce Websites and Apps using behavioral analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4 and oversee the digital data pipeline and automation for Alshaya. The ideal candidate is an experienced Digital analytics professional, who can engage cross-functional teams in performance insights, identify opportunities for improved content or campaigns, proactively identify risks in traffic/conversion trends, lead projects, and mentor a team of analysts. The ideal candidate will be a natural-born consultant who has spent a lot of time building your chops in all things digital analytics, with a focus on measurement and analysis strategy. You make data-people out of non-believers, turning complex data into actionable insights for marketers, digital platform owners, and C-level execs.
