We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Demand Planning to lead planning and inventory management activities for Homeware and Furniture categories in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving inventory productivity, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective demand forecasting and retail planning strategies.

This leadership role requires close collaboration with Buying, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure product availability, optimize stock levels, and support long-term business growth.

• Develop and execute demand planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage sales, margin, inventory, and Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets.
• Lead planning activities across multiple product categories and retail locations.
