What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee the strategic direction and operational excellence of AXA Partners' Travel and Medical TPA activities, including offshoring claims functions.
• Lead a team of 4 department managers and indirectly manage over 50 staff, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑centric culture.
