About the Role

As Senior Manager, Brand Strategy, you will lead efforts that drive brand clarity and customer relevance for Kohl’s and its proprietary brand portfolio. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to establish impactful brand positionings, identities and marketing strategies that increase consideration to shop Kohl’s.


What You’ll Do
+ Lead the development of Kohl’s & proprietary brand strategies that align with customer needs, market trends and business objectives
+ Lead strategic forums bringing together senior leaders from merchandising, design and marketing to align on direction and execution for our proprietary brand portfolio
+ Own and evolve Kohl’s private brand portfolio architecture
+ Build a comprehensive private brand marketing roadmap that informs go-to-market strategies for both marketing and merchandising teams
