Senior Manager / Associate Director, Employee & Industrial Relations (EIR) Job Description The Senior Manager/Associate Director (EIR) is responsible for the development and management of EIR policies, processes, employee & labour relations advocacy. This position interfaces with employees, HR partners, managers, supervisors, unions and government agencies.
Duties and Responsibilities - Manage EIR policies & processes.
- Collaborate and partner with legal and risk office in the management of end-to-end staff disciplinary cases including sanctions & terminations.
- Provide advisories to HR partners, managers and supervisors in best employee and labour relations practices, and strategies for managing sensitive supervisor problems and employee grievances; including performance concerns, disciplinary action and conflict management issues.
