• Manufacture screens.
• Operate CNC machines to machine parts as per requirement and in accordance to established API specifications and procedures to meet specific requirements.
• Program machine to perform work as per drawings.
• Accountable to produce part within cycle time as per router including loading and unloading.
• Responsible and accountable to scan production hours as per procedure to ensure utilization of effective hours (Total time – Break hours).
• Accountable for inspecting quality of first part produced during the shift as per Standard Operating Procedure.
• Responsible for ensuring zero rejection, rework and initial analysis of any rejection.
