**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead large portfolio of complex problem loans in initiatives and deliverables within the Loan Workout functional area
+ Contribute to large scale planning related to strategy, technology and efficiencies deliverables
+ Ensure loans are structured and priced consistently with Bank policy and commensurate with risk
+ Review and research complex problem loan challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
+ Strategize and implement account development on complex problem loans
