Nimble Giant Entertainment is looking for a full‑time Level Designer.
Responsibilities
Create level layouts, hotspots, and points of interest (POIs) that explore the game’s themes and lore while adhering to gameplay system constraints.
Prototype environments, establish layout strategies, and suggest ways of integrating interactive and non‑interactive elements to elicit desired emotions.
Iterate on game environments to guarantee a great play experience, integrating new gameplay, AI, sound, and other systems as the project evolves.
Develop solid design documentation for level progression (flow), layouts, and 3D block‑outs for in‑engine playtesting.
Produce playtest information and requirements to aid QA in validating and proofing levels prior to approval.
Qualifications
3+ years in level design for PC/console, with at least 1 shipped title or strong playable prototypes.
