Act as a key advisor on HR legal and regulation topics within a complex Belgian environment
Analyze existing HR regulations and proposed changes, and assess their impact on operations, workforce, processes and budgets
Formulate pragmatic and actionable recommendations aligned with Belgian labour law and internal policies
Support operational departments in transformation projects (e.g. reorganizations, workforce redeployments) by translating business needs into compliant HR frameworks
Contribute to the preparation of social dialogue by structuring documentation, coordinating stakeholders and organizing preparatory meetings (non-negotiator role)
Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, centres of expertise and external stakeholders to ensure consistency of HR regulations
