Senior Legal Counsel at a Global Elite Fund, Central London

• Rare opportunity to join a highly prestigious global elite fund.
• Fantastic role as the sole legal counsel in the UK, working within the small team of a portfolio company owned by a prestigious fund.
• As a senior lawyer with a finance/restructuring background, you will advise on the legal aspects of the distressed assets being acquired by that company in the UK and Europe, instructing and managing external counsel as necessary.
• You will report to the GC and work with another senior legal counsel at the fund, as necessary.
• Office located in central London - 4 days required in the office and 1 WFH.

Requirements

• Senior lawyer qualified in the UK/US/Europe.
• At least 5 years post-qualification experience acquired at a City firm, preferably from a department dealing regularly with distressed assets/securitisations.
