The firm is embarking on a significant growth initiative across alternative markets, with a particular focus on private credit and infrastructure. The firm offers a hybrid working with 2 - 3 days expected in the office.
The ideal candidate will be 6 - 8+ PQE with a strong track record in fund formations, including experience across both AIFM and UCITS fund structures. This is a broad mandate, offering the opportunity to work within a highly regarded legal management team as they continue to strengthen their platform in response to increasing client demand.
