LLB and admission as Attorney or Advocate in South Africa (in good standing).

Strong knowledge of South African banking and financial services regulations.
Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with IP, technology law, SaaS, APIs, and digital platforms.
