Senior Legal Counsel, Employment Litigation – part of the Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, and Secretariat Function (LRECS) at the Centrica Group. The role manages and runs Employment Tribunal claims across Centrica Group companies in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate the implementation of systems, processes and precedents required for in‑house employment litigation (claims were outsourced until September2025).
• Collaborate with technology colleagues to introduce AI tools and platforms that support the employment litigation workflow; participate in LRECS trials of AI tools.
• Be the subject‑matter expert on Employment Tribunal litigation, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules.
