Our client, a successful firm based in Norwich are seeking an ambitious and proactive Senior Legal Cashier, to join their close-knit. This role is a full time office based role but we do understand that flexibility is essential for a good work life balance.

Duties will include:

• Supporting any queries the legal cashiers may have in the first instance, escalating these queries to Assistant Accounts Manager/Senior Accounts Manager for support if required.
• Assisting with the management of the client balances monitor to ensure prompt return of residual monies to include dealing with annual letters.
• Co-ordinating the checks of out-of-date cheques regularly, stopping and re-issuing where required.
• Monitoring suspense account and clear down as quickly as possible.
• Assisting with keeping in control the clearing down bank reconciliations, including assisting with investigating anomalies.
