Responsibilities

Embedded within the Models team, you will collaborate closely with AI scientists, engineers, and legal researchers to bridge legalexpertiseand model development.

• Translate legal domain knowledge into actionable model requirements
• Identify inefficiencies and pain points across legal processes, assessing opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvement
• Contribute to evaluation design, defining quality benchmarks for legal AI and building the frameworks to measure them
• Design and test internal tooling to accelerate model development workflows
• Mentor junior legalairesearchers on legal concepts and best practices
