Purpose

The role, with an important Fintech component, is a key part of the Legal team, managing and advising on risk and legal liability for the group as a Travel Tech Company, to enable the company’s ambitious growth plans.

Expected Deliveries

• Assist the Fintech/Insurtech Team with the set-up and implementation of initiatives according to the roadmap, ensuring effective development of strategic projects.
• Advise the Fintech/Insurtech Team on day‑to‑day business decisions, reviewing contracts from a commercial perspective while considering the regulatory framework worldwide, providing preventive counselling on legal requirements, identifying, monitoring and advising on legal risks within the area.
