Job Purpose

The Senior Lecturer / Lecturer is responsible for the design, delivery, and assessment of academic programmes. This role also involves supporting student affairs and contributing to recruitment activities with the aim of providing exceptional academic services, enhancing the student experience, and strengthening the Faculty’s and University’s reputation and standing.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, manage, and conduct teaching using face-to-face, online, or other approved instructional methods as directed by the Faculty or School.


• Communicate effectively and engage with students to provide academic, career, and personal development guidance.


• Serve as Course Leader to facilitate the effective delivery of assigned courses.
