Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities Work with stakeholders and handle organisation's learning and development needs Develop organisation's overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis In charge of annual training budget Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters Develop and update employee orientation materials Conduct employee orientation Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs Perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements: Possess a Degree in HR or equivalent Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and HR Operations Strong ability in handling confidential and sensitive information Possess excellent communication skills and able to communicate well with stakeholders
