Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Strategy and Planning Consultant to join the Strategic Programs team within the Strategic Programs and Enterprise Change Management organization.

Strategic Programs addresses pressing challenges facing Wells Fargo across its businesses, supporting functions, and 250,000 employees. Our thought leaders operate under the Chief Operating Office (COO) and specialize in complex problems that have wide-ranging impact across the bank. Often a stabilizing influence, we provide the central direction and framework to drive momentum across a broad set of stakeholders. We prioritize the needs for our CEO, COO, and CFO, resulting in a diverse set of high priority initiatives (aka “Programs”) for Wells Fargo.
