What You'll Do

• Develop and customize LIMS systems, preferably Labbit or similar platforms.
• Design and implement business process modeling (BPM) workflows for laboratory operations.
• Work with SPARQL and RDF for data querying and management.
• Use Python for automation and system customization.
• Integrate LIMS systems with other laboratory and business systems.
• Optimize laboratory workflows and ensure system reliability and performance.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience with LIMS systems, preferably Labbit or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Business Process Modelling (BPM).
• Knowledge of SPARQL.
• Experience with RDF (Resource Description Framework).
• Proficiency in Python.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
