This position will be the dedicated sales force to drive for the growth and development of ADM's Flavor business with key accounts in South East Asia.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead sales activities for the Flavor business and drive strategic growth with key accounts.
- Identify and pursue competitive sales opportunities by leveraging internal capabilities, technical resources, and partner networks.
- Manage high-potential projects and oversee the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while understanding their needs and aligning solutions to business objectives.
- Keep sales forecasts accurate, comprehensive, and updated.
