1. OMS full-cycle ownership: Lead requirements analysis and testing for the OMS system, covering web portal, WeChat mini-program, Android, and iOS platforms(development & maintenance).
2. Mobile app know-how: Possess basic mobile application development skills, primarily focused on app updates and version release coordination.
3. Production support & multi-system maintenance: Ensure operational stability for integrated systems besides OMS, including the BC financial system, WMS warehouse system, and Guanmai (Vegetable Division) system.
4. Technical& coding background: Understand code, with hands-on experience in development/testing leverage strong project management skills using Agile (Scrum). Collaborate with Product Owner to refine backlog, split user stories, negotiate with developers, triage
production bugs, and propose solutions.
5. Data base expertise: Proficient in SQL (relational databases) and experienced with No SQL databases such as MongoDB.
