Senior Instructional Designer – AI-Enabled Learning (Remote)


We are seeking a Senior Instructional Designer for a global B2B high-tech company. In this role, you will define an AI-Native Learning Methodology for ServiceNow. You will translate learning science principles into AI-enabled frameworks and design patterns.

This is a 12-month project (Extension Possible), 40 hours per week, remote role in the US.

This is a W2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions. Health benefits and 401K are offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Define AI-Native Learning Methodology for ServiceNow
  • Translate learning science principles into AI-enabled frameworks and design patterns
  • Define what AI-native learning means practically—not conceptually—with clear design principles that instructional designers can apply
