About the Role

As Senior Income Tax Analyst, you will prepare and review Kohl’s federal, state and local income tax returns and partner with the business to ensure timely and accurate income tax accounting to support SEC reporting.



What You’ll Do
+ Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of tax filings
+ Identify and research complex or high-risk tax issues
+ Develop solutions based on research of complex or high-risk tax issues
+ Interpret applicable jurisdictional regulations, internal policies and procedures to ensure Kohl's compliance
+ Maintain current knowledge of relationships between Kohl's accounting records and tax reporting requirements
+ Present complex tax matters to internal and external business partners and communicate solutions and recommendations
