Senior Inclusion Support Advisor

This role is part of the Study Well team, providing essential services that support inclusion and student success across Southern Cross University. You will coordinate a small team and lead projects to improve disability inclusion, while also managing a caseload of students with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, mentor, and develop the Inclusion Support team, ensuring high quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Manage a caseload (20–40%) of students with complex needs, overseeing adjustments and inclusive learning strategies.
• Drive change initiatives through the Disability Inclusion Action Plan, developing new processes, training and frameworks.
• Build staff capability across the university through disability awareness training and inclusive practice workshops.
