Duties & Responsibilities

Our busy client in the Logistics industry is looking for a Senior Import Controller to join their growing team. The minimum requirements include:

• Matric
• Receipt of Documents / Shipping Instructions
• Monitoring documents and requests from Clients and Head Office and acting accordingly
• Requesting original documents timeously
• Prepare and complete every file for invoicing, ensuring customer documents are delivered on time
• Ensuring that files are invoiced out according to rate profiles
• Raising of Purchase Orders to Suppliers
• Assisting with any Logistics calculations on Import Shipments
• Following a quote system and saving all quotes on the network for easy access
