Role Overview
The Senior Human Resources SAP S/4HANA Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA HR capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with SuccessFactors and downstream HR, payroll, and talent systems. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑quality HR technology solutions. 
Location: Toronto or Calgary
Work Mode - Mostly Remote
Duration - 3 months

LeadS/4HANA HR configuration and customization to support core HR processes and integration with SuccessFactors.
Own theHR mini master data model, including setup, governance, and ongoing maintenance.
