Job Description

• Responsible for the payroll process from payroll preparation, execution, employee income tax calculation review, including liaising with payroll service vendor as well as with global payroll team.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating personnel data in company’s global HR Information system and assist in any changes introduce by global HR in relation to global HRIS.
• Provide support in recruitment process from selection until providing advice to salary proposal.
• Provide support in the execution of annual performance review process and committee and annual salary review exercise.
• Provide support in training management, training need analysis and training budget.
• Provide advice to employees on company HR policies and procedures.
