Managing HR administrative duties including onboarding, offboarding.
Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing.
Processing employee claims and maintaining accurate HR records.
Assisting on payroll processing.
Coordinating annual performance appraisal exercises.
Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
