We are now looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our team in the Nordics.
In this role, you will work closely with the business and have a meaningful impact across the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to development and the continuous improvement of HR practices. You will act as a trusted partner for managers and collaborate actively with both local leaders and the Global HR- team, contributing to shaping our people experience and culture.
This is a 12-month fixed-term position where your work includes a wide range of practical and hands‑on responsibilities in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment. The role requires willingness to travel across the Nordics (Finland, Sweden, and Norway).
