We are seking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior / HR Generalist to support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. The role will be responsible for payroll administration, CPF submissions, work pass administration, WICA claims management, employee lifecycle processes, recruitment coordination, and HR compliance matters to support both office and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities Payroll & Compensation - Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary payment.
- Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, incentives, and leave records.
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data.
- Administer CPF contributions and ensure compliance with CPF regulations.
- Support IR8A preparation and annual tax reporting requirements.
Work Pass Administration - Process Work Permit, S Pass, and Employment Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and transfers.
