Responsibilities
Focus on the strategic planning of Talent Management and Acquisition on a global scale
Facilitate the corporate human capital committee
Develop progression and succession programs
Design Leadership development programs and Talent assessment processes
Directly handle senior executive recruiting if needed
Refine New hire selection processes
Manage the new hire approval processes
Monitor and optimize the budget of global recruiting
Requirements
Degree Holder or above in HR related disciplines
At least 12 years related experience
Proven track record in Talent Management area from a well established organization(s) with multiple Business Lines / Units
